What are the rates for shipping?
We offer free standard 4-10 day shipping across the US and contiguous 48 states on all orders. Any other shipping selection you choose will be flat rate shipping tiers based on the size and weight of your order.
How long will it take for my Products to arrive?
Bobble Heads & Coins
All Bobble Head and Coin orders are shipped from our stock inventory and shipped out from our facility next working day.
Print-On-Demand Apparel and Merchandise
All of our apparel and gear products are custom printed to order just for you, so we don’t keep an inventory on hand. Typically it will take about 2- business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 7 to 14 days to receive your order. If you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays, and longer for international orders.

I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?
Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 6-hour window where an order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment. Note that we fulfill our orders as fast as possible for our customers.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 6 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Typically we only accept returns for store credit, however we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get a replacement for you.
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 30 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping return costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom Printed Item Exchanges
All of our apparel and gear items are custom printed just for your order, so we do not keep an inventory of stock on hand. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com with a phone number and good time to reach you and we will take care of it. Thank you for your business.
